Visited this location on Aug 11 at approx 1725 based on a recommendation from a coworker. Went up to the drive thru and ordered two hot dogs, a nachos, and a Mr snow sundae. I asked on the sundae if it could be made without the strawberry or pineapple topping and all the girl on the other end of the mic kept saying was "anything else?" Over and over. Like well first can you confirm my order and my special request. Then unless my eyes deceived me it said I could choose the flavor of ice and cream on the sundae but was never asked what my preference for that was, so I'm assuming y'all were just gonna give me whatever? They had me pull to the window and I sat there for a good couple minutes without anyone bothering to get my preference in regards to the flavors, well if they're taking their time to get to the window I'm assuming they're preparing the food, but quite bold of them to prepare something without knowing what I wanted. All in all one of the worst experiences I've personally had at a small stand and I will definitely not be returning for any reason. All I can say is, Mr. Snow, Do Better.

I don’t see how they have a 4 star rating these are the slowest people I’ve ever seen put ice in a cup and scoop ice cream stood at the window for 20 mins before even taking my order they prioritize drive thru so a heads up I literally ordered one thing and still had to wait another 30 mins for 1 ice cream scoop lol I work at a restaurant and push out our orders faster than this and we only have 1 person working most of the time do not recommend coco loco moved a lot quicker and won’t have you standing outside in the heat without even taking an order

I love Mr Snow. They have good ice cream and shaved ice selections. I tried a love nest with chocolate shaved ice and mint chocolate chip ice cream. First time trying. It was good. I usually get a love nest with wedding cake shaved ice and cookies n cream ice cream. Yummy. Try it if you haven't.

I've grown up going to this place. It has grown into such a fun establishment. They have so many different flavors of shaved ice. If you are feeling hungry, don't be afraid to look at their munchies menu. They have a lovely playground for the kids and a nice amount of seating to kickback and enjoy your snowcone.
